Open CMZ Snapshot Bot using the Telegram account linked to your membership. Use /snapshot for channel access, /guide to get started, or /support for an access problem.

Subscription and payments

Use the billing link in your Stripe receipt email to manage your subscription. If you cannot find it, open CMZ Snapshot Bot and use /paysupport with your receipt reference.

Open CMZ Snapshot Bot and use /support. You can review your message before sending. For a payment problem, include the payment time and receipt reference. Never send card details, passwords or API keys.
